This book will update the following IBM Redbooks for the latest release of IBM Spectrum Virtualize for Public Cloud. - Implementation Guide for IBM Spectrum Virtualize for Public Cloud on Microsoft Azure Version 8.4.3 - published in March 2022 - Implementing IBM Spectrum Virtualize for Public Cloud on AWS Version 8.3.1 - published in July 2020 This will be a REMOTE/PART TIME residency.

This residency will give IBM Spectrum Virtualize for Public Cloud subject matter experts the opportunity to use their skills and experience to produce a primer on implementing IBM Spectrum Virtualize in a public cloud environment. The residents will have the opportunity to work in a team of likeminded professionals where they can exchange their knowledge and experience and learn from the other team members and developers.
Participants will be credited as published authors of this publicly available IBM Redbooks publication. Authoring an IBM Redbooks can be used as give-back activity in IBM professional certifications.
A basic requirement for all residents is the ability to read and clearly express concepts and procedures in common English.
Please make sure you have fulll management approval before applying. The residents should have implementation experience with IBM Spectrum Virtualize . A mix of skills is required so one resident need not have all of the skills. Residents will be chosen to create the best team possible using everyone's skills. All candidates will need a flexible approach, be self-motivated, and having the ability to work with a minimum of supervision is critical. Most aspects will have an opportunity for a hands-on approach, but residents must be prepared to work from a theoretical stance too.
