Abstract

IBM® Flex System is a next-generation blade platform ideally suited to data center environments that require flexible, cost-effective, secure, and energy-efficient server infrastructure.

This IBM Redpaper™ highlights key features and capabilities of IBM Flex System® and provides planning and deployment considerations on how Flex System can be integrated into an existing IBM BladeCenter® environment. Server, network, storage, and management integration aspects are discussed.

This paper is intended for those IT professionals who want to learn more on how to integrate Flex System into an existing BladeCenter environment.
