Abstract
This IBM Redpaper publication addresses the installation and configuration of an AIX-based, clustered environment for the Dynamic Process Execution scenario .The installation and configuration is described incrementally such that business value is derived at the end of each phase of deployment. This scenario supports process optimization across heterogeneous, dynamic, transaction-rich environments, requiring enterprise-wide integration capabilities and SOA. This scenario provides dynamic BPM capabilities to assemble and manage composite business applications. This scenario represents the typical client proposition supported by the set of products shipped together in WebSphere Dynamic Processes Edition Version 6.2.
This book covers three phases of deployment: Phase 1) Publish & govern service metadata (WebSphere Service Registry and Repository Version 6.2), Phase 2) Assemble, run and manage customized composite business service (WebSphere Process Server Version 6.2 and WebSphere Business Services Fabric Version 6.2) and Phase 3) Monitor Processes (WebSphere Business Monitor Version 6.2). The install and configuration instructions include easy, detailed steps including screen captures. The instructions have been tested to ensure accuracy.
