ldap_control_free()--Free storage allocated by the LDAP library

The ldap_control_free() routine is used to free storage allocated by the LDAP APIs that uses an LDAPControl structure.

Authorities and Locks

No OS/400 authority is required. All authority checking is done by the LDAP server.

Parameters

ctrl
(Input) Specifies the address of an LDAPControl structure.

Return Value

NONE

Error Conditions

ldap_control_free() API does not return an error code.

    The following message may be set from this function.
    CPF3CF2 E  Error(s) occurred during running of ldap_control_free API.
