He holds an MBA degree in Production and Operation management from Eastern Illinois University.

Vijay Karna is a Program Manager with over 16 years of experience in large corporate organizations and Systems Integrators across the globe, Vijay has worked across the delivery and Project/Program management cycle in the SAP space. He has deep experience in the business management and technology arena cutting across various business applications and enterprise resource planning (ERP). He focuses on value creation for customers by using available standards, technologies and business applications in chemical, petroleum, energy and utilities industries. Vijay is PMP & ITIL (Foundation Course) certified.

Devi Pannerselvam is a Solution Architect in the Industry Solutions team of IBM India Software Labs, Bangalore. She has been part of design and development of Automotive and chemicals and petroleum manufacturing Framework for past 3.5 years. She has published a patent on Method, Process and Article for a Model driven Event Traffic Simulator for a Manufacturing Plant Floor. She holds a masters degree in Computer Science Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
