Joe A. Burnett is an IT Specialist and Technical Team Lead in the IBM South Delivery Center (SDC). He has more than four years of experience in the storage management field. Joe's responsibilities include planning, implementing, and testing of disaster recovery and backup/recovery solutions, He also conducts department wide education and cross training on storage products. He holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. His areas of expertise include disaster recovery methodologies and storage management with IBM Tivoli Storage Manager, SAN, and the IBM 3494 and IBM 358x series of tape libraries.

Norbert Engst is an IT Specialist in the EMEA Storage ATS (Advanced Technical Support) in Mainz, Germany. He has worked at IBM for more than eight years, with five years of experience in the tape and backup solutions field. Norbert holds a graduate degree in computer science from the University of Erlangen- Nuremberg. His areas of expertise includes SAN designs, technical reviews, and validations for customers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He supports onsite pre- and post-sales cases for tape and IBM storage software. Norbert is also involved in customer briefings, workshops, and demo setups in the Customer Executive Briefing Center (CEBC). In addition, he supports clients with proof of concepts and technical validations in the TotalStorage Interoperability Center

Kazue Okano is an IT Specialist in the Asia Pacific Advanced Technical Support (AP-ATS) in Makuhari, Japan. She has over six years of experience with IBM Tivoli Storage software, IBM Open Systems tape, and SAN solutions. Her areas of expertise include assessing complex storage systems, supporting heat competitions, testing benchmarks, and demonstrating and expanding new technologies in pre-sales areas. She provides answers in technical Q/A systems and solves critical problems in post-sales activities. She is currently the lead in the IBM backup solution using IBM Tivoli Storage Manager and IBM Open Systems tape products in Japan.
