She has 12 years of experience with IBM in the fields of pSeries, AIX, and storage. She has written ten redbooks, and has developed and taught IBM classes on all areas of storage management. Before joining the ITSO in 2000, she was the Technical Support Manager for Tivoli Storage Manager in the Asia Pacific Region.
