Abstract
This redbook is intended for VSE customers and IBM technical personnel responsible for implementing VSE/ESA Version 2 Release 4 with the CICS Transaction Server for VSE/ESA 1.1 (CICS TS) and its new features.
It includes an overview and detailed implementation steps for many of the new functions introduced with this new release of VSE/ESA and CICS TS. You will become familiar with the new system management features and the new application programming and system programming facilities introduced in CICS Transaction Server for VSE/ESA 1.1.
