Abstract

This IBM® Redpaper™ publication is one in a series of service-oriented architecture (SOA) papers that feature a case study involving a fictitious company named JKHL Enterprises (JKHLE).

The focus of the case study in this paper is the Web 2.0 SOA scenario, and how JKHLE uses three realizations from this scenario to transform the company’s travel agency business.
