Abstract
This paper one in a series of service-oriented architecture (SOA) papers that feature a case study involving a fictitious company called JKHL Enterprises (JKHLE).
The focus of the case study in this paper is the challenges and solutions associated with the business process for opening new accounts. This paper describes how to apply the realization pattern of the Process SOA Scenario to solve the business and IT challenges as they relate to the case study.
