This Redpaper provides an overview of the IBM Lotus Workplace Messaging 1.1 system and its components, and describes common administration/configuration tasks. It is not intended to be a complete administrative handbook, but rather an introduction to the Workplace Messaging product from an administrator's viewpoint. While this paper was written based on version 1.1, its general contents and best practices will, for the most part, be applicable to future versions of this product as well.
