Aleksandr V. Nartovich is a Senior I/T Specialist in the ITSO, Rochester Center. He joined the ITSO in January 2001 after working as a Developer in the IBM WebSphere Business Components organization. During the first part of his career, Aleksandr was a Developer in AS/400 communications. Later, he shifted his focus to business components development on WebSphere. Aleksandr has a degree in computer science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a degree in electrical engineering from Minsk Radio Engineering Institute.
Heather R. Alcudia is a Staff Software Engineer working at the IBM Rochester, Minnesota location. She earned a BS in Scientific and Technical Communications from Michigan Technological University. She has iSeries system operator certification from Alexandria Technical College. For six years, she worked as a technical writer in the User Technologies area, covering multiple i5/OS documentation projects, which includes integrated file system, DB2 UDB for iSeries, and WebSphere Application Server for i5/OS. She then later led the documentation team for the WebSphere Application Server for i5/OS product, working on maintaining the Information Center for all versions of the product. Currently, Heather works with the IBM System Storage group as an OEM relationship manager, where she focuses on migrating and incorporating OEM documentation and related components into their associated IBM products.
