Posted by Mr. Eric Garbos on 30 January 2017 at 13:15 Please update this Guide! Info is spread across IBM Knowledge Ctr, AIX Diff Guide, etc. NIM is at the heart of my life as a SysAdmin, and I love it, but sadly I feel like it's a legacy tool that takes massaging to keep up with modern demands. Reliance on NFS for many operations gets a bit clunky, and anything referring to rsh/rcp/tftp really needs to go! Commandline is king for scripting, but I would also like a usable GUI or menu system that will let you select multiple targets (RIP WebSM). |
