Hi, does any change management or configuration management reports come out of the box? Ref. 2.2.3.

Additionally, is there an automatic way of implementing the contents of ITUP into CCMDB? Does the ITUP composer licence come with CCMDB?

Thank you and regards,

Sorry for the slow response..just back from holiday.

This may take a couple fo responses...due to character count limitations...

There are several reports that come out of the box for both change and configuration management. There are others but some that are included are:
- Forward schedule of changes
- % changes in each state
- Changes ordered by priority/classification
- Average time to complete changes
- Active changes by progress
...and several more for change.

For config:
- Actual CI history
- CI attribute history
- CI details
- CI List
- Open ticket detail
- Incident list
....and several more

I don't believe the ITUPC license is included...and i do not know of an automatic way to implement implement ITUP contents...though manh of the CCMDB processes are based on ITUP.

I hope this helps.
