Susan Powers is a Consulting IT Specialist at the ITSO, Rochester Center. Andrei Matetic is a Staff Software Engineer with the Rochester Support Center. He has worked on the IBM System i family of systems since 1997.
Mark Roy is a Senior Technical Consultant for Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited in Melbourne, Australia. He has over 25 years of experience on the System i and preceding platforms, specializing in the areas of i5/OS support, infrastructure architecture, and providing consulting to application development teams on design and performance aspects of i5/OS.
