Bart Jacob is a Senior Consulting IT Specialist at IBM Corp in the International Technical Support Organization, Austin Center. He has over 25 years of experience providing technical support across a variety of IBM products and technologies, including communications, object-oriented software development, and systems management. He joined the ITSO in 1989 where he writes IBM Redbooks publications and creates and teaches workshops around the world on a variety of topics. He holds a Masters degree in Numerical Analysis from Syracuse University.
Bhavesh Adhia is a Senior IT Specialist for Tivoli Software with IBM India. He is an IBM Certified Solution Advisor for Tivoli OnDemand Solutions, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, and ITIL Foundation Certified. He currently leads the Tivoli ABSM solutions team for India Technical sales. He has worked with IBM Tivoli for almost seven years and has expertise in the areas of Tivoli ABSM solutions and Security Solutions. His skills include designing, architecting, and implementing Tivoli ABSM Solutions and currently helps large organizations, such as TCS and HCL Technologies in India, to deploy IBM Tivoli Solutions. His current focus area is Tivoli ISM solutions and also to help Managed Service providers deploy Tivoli Solutions. He is an Engineer in Digital Electronics and completed his Advanced Diploma in Business Management.
Karim Badr is a Software Engineer in the Cairo Technology Development Center at IBM Egypt. He has been with IBM since 2005 and has more than two years of experience in the IT field. Currently, he provides Bidirectional language and globalization support in IBM products and platforms, and contributes in providing services in the region and world wide. His current focus area is Tivoli ISM solutions, including TBSM, TADDM, Maximo, CCMDB, and TPM. He is an Electronic Engineer and completed his advanced diploma in Software Engineering.
Qing Chun Huang is a member of the IBM Tivoli WW SWAT ISM team, which is located in the Tivoli China Development lab, China Software Development Lab (CSDL). He has over eight years of experience in application architecture, design, development, and testing. He worked as an IBM business partner for three years, providing banking business solutions to China major banks, such as BOC, ICBC, and ABC. He spent two years in IBM as a Testing Engineer, where he tested CT, FVT, IVT, and SVT. He worked on Tivoli products, such as TMF, TEC, RC, TCM, ITM 5x, and ITM 5x PAC. Since then, he worked on IBM Directory Server i5/OS as a development team lead. His current position requires extensive experience with on-site customer support and consultation of IBM ISM solution. Qing Chun Huang is certified as an eNetwork Firewall for AIX Solutions Expert, AS/400 Professional System Operator, DB2 Database Administrator, Net.Commerce Solutions Expert, AIX System Administration, WAS V5.0 System Administrator, LPI Level 1, and an IBM Certified Deployment Professional for ITM 5x and TCM, ITIL Foundation.
Carol S. Lawrence is a Senior IT Specialist with the IBM IT Service Management Technical Advisory Group. In her current position, Carol works with clients to make ITIL actionable by implementing IBM solutions, such as Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager, Change and Configuration Management Database, and Tivoli Service Desk. Carol has 20 years of experience in information technology that extends across software, hardware, and networking disciplines.
Martin Marino is an IT Specialist within the IBM Global Technology Services group in IBM Argentina. He has specialized in Tivoli products since 2003. He is currently working with TADDM for Strategic Outsourcing customers in Argentina and Latin America. His areas of expertise include Tivoli Monitoring, Tivoli Configuration Manager, Tivoli Remote Control, and Tivoli Management Framework.
Petra Unglaub-Lloyd is a Level 2 Software Engineer in Austin, Texas. She has 10 years of experience in the Tivoli Support field. She holds a degree from Hardin-Simmons University and the University of Bayreuth, Germany. Her areas of expertise include Level 2 defect support for IBM Tivoli Framework and IBM Tivoli Configuration Manager.
