Paul Rogers is a Consulting IT Specialist at the International Technical Support Organization, Poughkeepsie Center. Paul-Robert Hering is an IT Specialist at the ITS Technical Support Center, Mainz, Germany who provides support to customers with z/OS and UNIX System Services-related questions and problems. He has participated in several ITSO residencies since 1988, writing about UNIX-related topics. Prior to supporting OS/390 and z/OS, Paul-Robert worked for many years with VM and all its different flavors (VM/370, VM/HPO, VM/XA, and VM/ESA).
