He has written extensively on enterprise problem determination methodology, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Extended Deployment best practices, and stack product integration with WebSphere Extended Deployment.
Jeff Tennenbaum is a WebSphere IT Specialist and a member of the Federal Strategic Integrated Technology Team. Before joining his current team, Jeff worked as a WebSphere IT Specialist for the Mid-Atlantic Technical Sales Team. Prior to becoming a WebSphere IT Specialist, he spent eight years as the level 2 support lead for CICS on Distributed Platforms. Jeff has been with IBM since 1989.
