Excellent book - very helpful.

However, the reference section needs a little work. Given breadth of coverage, some links/pointers into supporting materials would help greatly. Though these links are embedded within the chapters - an aggregate reference section would make for a more readable source of additional materials.

And the note: "TeamWorksConfiguration.running.xml [...] information is spread across technotes, wiki pages, and so on."

Discussion on clustered Configuration is missing information on the following topics:

- iiop bootstrap fail-over
- core groups
- message connection factories
[see Teamworks v6.2.2 install/configuration guide for unix]

Otherwise (as before) a very good book on BPM systems configuration!

Great book

Although, it seems to leave out the CEI Server/DB configuration part. Even though it seems to assume that it is getting configured.

Could someone at IBM take a look at the indexing for this book - it doesn't seem to have been 'tagged' with the keyword "BPM" and thus isn't returned when you search for "BPM" - making it rather difficult to find.

Thanks Alistair - you're quite right, we were missing "BPM" in the keyword list. I've just submitted a change -- it should be online shortly. Thanks for alerting me to this!
