The links should be for the IBM Systems Energy Estimator (http://www.ibm.com/systems/support/tools/estimator/energy/index.html), or minimally to (http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/systems/scope/hw/index.jsp?topic=/iphdl/systemcalculators.htm) if you require an InfoCenter url.
