Each of the authors is a world-recognized leader in their respective subjects. The reading is quick and well-written and the chapters stand-alone as good references to re-visit when the topics are relevant in your projects. This is a must-read follow-up to Scaling BPM Adoption and the BPM Center of Excellence publications. |
