Mary Lovelace is a Consulting IT specialist at the International Technical Support Organization. She has written many IBM Redbooks publications on TotalStorage Productivity Center and z/OS storage products.
Harsha Gunatilaka is a Software Test Engineer for Tivoli Software. He is currently part of the IBM TotalStorage Productivity Center test team in Tucson, Arizona. He has experience with IBM storage products and software. He holds a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
Hector Hugo Ibarra is a VMware Architect and Consulting IT Specialist based in Argentina and currently works in the IBM Argentina Global Delivery Center. Hector has been designated as ITA Leader for The VMware Center of Competence. He specializes in virtualization technologies and has assisted several large IBM clients to deploy virtualized infrastructures across the world.
