Ueli Wahli is a Consultant IT Specialist at the IBM International Technical Support Organization in San Jose, California. Before joining the ITSO over 20 years ago, Ueli worked in technical support at IBM Switzerland. He writes extensively and teaches IBM classes worldwide about WebSphere Application Server, and WebSphere and Rational application development products. In his ITSO career, Ueli has produced more than 40 IBM Redbooks. Ueli holds a degree in Mathematics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.

Mohamed Saeed is a Business Process Management consultant in Software Services for WebSphere in IBM Egypt. He graduated from the Computer Engineering department of the Cairo University in Egypt, and directly joined IBM in the testing team, then moved to the development team after one year and stayed there for two years. Mohamed then joined the IBM SWAT support team that handles critical customer situations, and finally joined IBM Software Services for WebSphere. During these years Mohamed gained valuable experience in different areas of service-oriented architecture, especially in monitoring business processes and J2EE applications.

He joined IBM Software Services for WebSphere in Denmark in 2000 and relocated to Sydney in late 2003. In 2005 he joined the Software Group Technical Sales team in the WebSphere brand and is now located in Melbourne. Prior to joining IBM he worked in various fields of software development, primarily in the financial industry, and he worked as a freelance consultant in South Africa, United Kingdom, and Australia before joining IBM in Denmark. His areas of expertise include WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server, WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere Integration Developer, and WebSphere Services Registry and Repository.
