Jim McGarrahan is a Senior Software Engineer in the Business Process Management development organization based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the Ohio State University and subsequently joined IBM in Cary, North Carolina. His background includes extensive experience in the systems management software development area with a specific focus on the Help Desk discipline. Most recently, his focus is on the development of BPM and BAM software products. He is an author and co-author of a patent and several technical papers.
Martin J. Harris is a Senior Certified Business Architect based in Warwick, England. He joined IBM in 1998 after several years of working in the United Kingdom aerospace and defence business. His experience and focus include the development of software- and service-based BPM solutions to address challenges in automotive and aerospace industries. He has developed and presented extensively at various conferences and has written several white papers and articles on the topics of PLM and BPM.
