David Watts is a Consulting IT Specialist at the IBM ITSO Center in Raleigh. He holds a bachelor's degree of Engineering from the University of Queensland (Australia) and has worked for IBM both in the U.S.A. and Australia since 1989. He is an IBM Certified IT Specialist.
Jim Blue is an Advisory Software Engineer in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, and is currently a member of the SAN Central Support Group. He has 26 years of experience in the areas of IT and networking. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University. His area of expertise includes numerous networking protocols. He is a subject matter expert for a number of IBM TotalStorage certification exams (High-end disk, Open Systems Storage, High-end Tape and Storage Networking Solutions) as well as the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) foundation exam.
William Champion is a Staff Hardware Engineer in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, and is currently a member of ATS/BISC Americas. He has seven years of experience in operating system support covering Caldera Linux, SUSE Linux, Red Hat Linux, VMware, and Solaris. He holds bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Auburn University. His current focus is specializing in the Solaris and Red Hat operating systems as well as supporting several hardware platforms. Bradley is the author of the many of the IBM installation instructions for Solaris, and Red Hat Linux.
