He currently works in the Integrated Technology Delivery Linux team to support over 250 SLES servers under several z/VM systems in the USA and Canada.
Franck Injey is an I/T Architect at the International Technical Support Organization, Poughkeepsie Center.
Giada Rauti is an Advisory I/T Specialist working at the IT Services Tivoli Lab in Rome, Italy. She holds a Laurea degree in Physics from La Sapienza University in Rome. She has been working for twenty years in IBM. She has 17 years of experience in the LAN and WAN networking. Her areas of expertise include SNA/APPN and TCP/IP in z/OS and z/VM environments.
Karan Singh is a systems programmer for IBM Global Services with 10 years of experience in z/OS systems operation.
