Patrick Kappeler is a Consulting IT Specialist in Security, and works for both the Montpellier European Products and Solutions Support Center (PSSC) and the International Technical Support Organization (ITSO) Center in Poughkeepsie, USA. Gillian Gainsford has worked for IBM New Zealand for nine years, and has 25 years of experience in mainframe system programming. Currently, she is a Security Program Manager for Audit Compliance and Risk Management. Previously, she was a Security Systems Programmer for IBM Global Services. Her area of expertise is compliance and security of z/OS systems, using both RACF and CA-ACF2 and the inherent security features of z/OS and its subsystems. Before joining IBM, Gillian worked as a mainframe system programmer and Technical Support Manager in the airline, banking, and manufacturing industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Auckland University.
Alain Roessle is a Certified IT Specialist and has worked in the European Design Center for eight years. He joined IBM in 2000 after a 20-year career as a System Engineer, mainly specializing in System z. Alain's current job responsibility involves helping customers to design SOA infrastructure solutions.
Pedro Siena Neto has been Chief Executive Officer and Chief Architect of SST It Solutions, Brazil, since 1996. SST is an IBM Business Partner focused on business process management (BPM), software oriented architecture (SOA), IT security services, and mobile solutions. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Fundac‹o Getœlio Vargas, and Ohio University, and has worked in IT since1987. Previously, Pedro worked at IBM Brazil and IBM Research Triangle Park, NC as a 37XX Communication Controller Product Engineer, a WLAN Developer, a TCP/IP Software Specialist, and an IT Services Architect.
Mohinze Tidjani has been with IBM since 2000. He is an IT Specialist for IBM Software Group Services with EMEA-WEST, specializing in IBM Tivoli Directories and Security core products including ITAM 6.0, TFIM6.0, ITIM 4.6, ITDS 6.0, and ITDI 6.0. Mohinze is certified on IBM Tivoli Identity Manager and Access Manager deployment, and is currently "IMT France" Security Practice Leader.
Mark Womack is a Staff Software Engineer at the Programming Labs in Research Triangle Park. He has 23 years of experience with IBM, providing IT support for products such as VTAM, TCP/IP, and most recently WebSphere MQ, for which Mark is a Certified System Administrator.
